Description:

The flatbed shown above is designed to turn any 1988-2025 Chevy/GMC 2500 or 3500 SRW long-bed pickup into an elegant looking and capable overlanding rig. This bed is most notable for it's sleek tapered fenders and upward swept tail intended to improve rear departure angle. It's primary purpose is to help you maximize you truck bed's capabilities both on & off the road.

Features:

From the back of the cab-forward, this bed features a stylish headache rack, a 104"L X 80"W deck, rub rails with stake pockets, and a swept tail. The front 2 under-body boxes are (38"L X 10"W X 16"H) and the rear 2 under-body boxes are (30"L X 10"W X 16"H). In addition to that, this bed also features a tail drawer (26"L X 30"W X 5"H) for extra onboard storage. The factory rear hitch can still be used with this design.

What you Get:

Upon purchasing this set of plans you will receive: A 57 page .pdf layout detailing all of the cuts, components, plates & assemblies, as well as a 1 page .pdf bill of materials listing everything you'll need for the build. There is also an optional upgrade to include the .dxf CNC files of all sheet metal components that can be cut on a plasma table or laser. Will these plans fit my truck?

Each set of plans is drawn for a specific truck and bed length, listed in the product title. Not sure which plans fit your truck? Contact us and we'll point you in the right direction.

Can you modify a design for my truck?

In many cases, yes. Whether we can depends on the specific changes you're looking for, so contact us with the details and we'll let you know what's possible.

What files are included with my plans?

Every set of plans includes a detailed .pdf build plan and a .pdf bill of materials. Upgrade to the Fabricator's Package to add .dxf CNC cut files, or to the Manufacturer's Package to get all of the above plus a .step 3D model file.

Will the cut files work with my plasma table or laser?

Yes. The .dxf format is the industry standard and works with the vast majority of CAD/CAM software used by CNC plasma tables and lasers. If your machine needs a different file type, additional specialty formats are available upon request. Just contact us.

Can I build more than one bed from a set of plans?

Absolutely. There's no limit. Build as many beds from a single set of plans as you'd like, including beds you build to sell.

Can I share the plans with someone else?

Plans may be shared only with those directly helping you build, such as your employees, coworkers, or a third-party shop manufacturing parts for you. Sharing or distributing the plans outside of your build team, or reselling the files, is strictly prohibited.

How fast will I get my files?

Instantly. As soon as you complete checkout, you'll receive an email with a download link to a folder containing all of your files.

What if I get stuck mid-build?

Just reach out to us for tech support. Most issues are quick fixes, and we're happy to walk you through any part of the plans.

Do you offer refunds?

Because our plans are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final. However, if a set of plans contains an error that affects how the bed is built, we'll issue a full refund. (Minor typos, such as in a title block, don't qualify.)
