1988-2024 GM 3500/4500 Welding Bed W/ Canadian Box

Description:

The welding bed shown above is designed to turn any 1988-2024 Chevy/GMC 3500 or 4500 DRW long-bed pickup into the ultimate welding rig with tons of onboard storage. This bed is most notable for it's inclusion of a Canadian style box with matching wheel-wells & tail styles. It is purpose built to get you and all your gear to the job site, and look sharp doing so. 

Features:

From the back of the cab-forward, this bed has a large Canadian style box (31"L X 80"W X 60"H), with a central pass-through upper section for storing longer tools. As you move back, there is a dual-bottle oxygen holder, a 75"L X 88"W deck, rub rails with stake pockets, and two rear fender boxes (30"L X 14"W X 20"H). It also features an optional and removable roof/ladder racks, an integral gooseneck hitch, and the factory hitch can still be used with this design. 

What you Get:

Upon purchasing this set of plans you will receive: A 51 page .pdf layout detailing all of the cuts, components, plates & assemblies, as well as a 1 page .pdf bill of materials listing everything you'll need for the build. There is also an optional upgrade to include the .dxf CNC files of all sheet metal components that can be cut on a plasma table or laser.
