1988-2024 GM 3500/4500 Welding Bed W/ Canadian Box

Description:

The welding bed shown above is designed to turn any 1988-2024 Chevy/GMC 3500 or 4500 DRW long-bed pickup into the ultimate welding rig that boasts a tons of onboard dry-storage. This bed is most notable for it's large Canadian box and lowered work deck that houses two rear deck boxes. It's primary purpose is to maximize the efficiency of your rig, allow you to easily carry everything you'll need to the job site and back, and looking sharp while doing so.

Features:

From the back of the cab-forward, this bed has a large Canadian style box (31"L X 90"W X 60"H), with a central pass-through upper section for storing longer tools. As you move back, there is a triple-bottle oxygen holder, a dual-bottle recessed acetylene bottle holder, and two rear deck boxes (31"L X 21"W X 17"H). The upper deck is 40"L X 90"W and the lower deck is 29"L X 90"W. It also features an integral gooseneck hitch and the factory hitch can still be used with this design.

Upon purchasing this set of plans you will receive: A 43 page .pdf layout detailing all of the cuts, components, plates & assemblies, as well as a 1 page .pdf bill of materials listing everything you'll need for the build. There is also an optional upgrade to include the .dxf CNC files of all sheet metal components that can be cut on a plasma table or laser.
