Description:

The welding bed shown above is designed to turn any 1988-2024 Chevy/GMC 3500 or 4500 DRW long-bed pickup into the ultimate welding rig with lots of onboard storage. This bed is most notable for it's large Canadian style box, and elegantly aesthetic yet simplistic construction. It's primary purpose is to help you get quality field work done, while maximizing the overall efficiency of your rig.

Features:

From the back of the cab-forward, this bed has a large Canadian style box (28"L X 80"W X 39"H), two front fender boxes (28"L X 14"W X 21"H). As you move back, there is a dual-bottle oxygen holder, a single-bottle acetylene holder, and a 54"L X 94"W deck. It also features integral gooseneck & rear bumper hitches. 

What you Get:

Upon purchasing this set of plans you will receive: A 33 page .pdf layout detailing all of the cuts, components, plates & assemblies, as well as a 1 page .pdf bill of materials listing everything you'll need for the build. There is also an optional upgrade to include the .dxf CNC files of all sheet metal components that can be cut on a plasma table or laser.
