1988-2024 GM 3500/4500 Flatbed W/ Rear Deck Box

Description:

The flatbed shown above is designed to turn any 1988-2024 Chevy/GMC 3500 or 4500 DRW long-bed pickup into a sleek looking yet very capable work rig. This bed is most notable for it's tapered construction and hidden rear deck box, which allows it to have much more storage than one would think at first look. It's primary purpose is to take advantage of all the bed real estate of a dually pickup, while also offering an elevated style to the truck, and additional dry-storage space.

Features:

From the back of the cab-forward, this bed has a 97"L X 80"W deck, two front fender boxes (36"L X 19"W X 20"H), and a singular large rear deck box (25"L X 96"W X 20"H). The rear deck box is full depth on the sides, allowing it to have as much storage as rear fender boxes and a trunk box combined. The factory gooseneck and rear hitches can still be used with this design.

Upon purchasing this set of plans you will receive: A 34 page .pdf layout detailing all of the cuts, components, plates & assemblies, as well as a 1 page .pdf bill of materials listing everything you'll need for the build. There is also an optional upgrade to include the .dxf CNC files of all sheet metal components that can be cut on a plasma table or laser.
