1988-2024 GM 3500/4500 Flatbed W/ Hauler Trough

The flatbed shown above is designed to turn any 1988-2024 Chevy/GMC 3500 or 4500 DRW long-bed pickup into the ultimate hauling rig. This bed is most notable for it's elegantly simplistic construction, while prioritizing functionality by incorporating a hauler trough for easy gooseneck trailer hookup. It's primary purpose is to make hauling large loads safe and easy, and to look pretty sharp doing so.

Features:

From the back of the cab-forward, this bed has a 103"L X 94"W deck (with a 20"W X 2 1/2"H hauler trough), two front fender boxes (35"L X 17 1/2"W X 21"H), and two rear fender boxes (34 1/2"L X 17 1/2"W X 21"H). It also features an integral gooseneck hitch as well as maintaining the factory rear hitch.

What you Get:

Upon purchasing this set of plans you will receive: A 32 page .pdf layout detailing all of the cuts, components, plates & assemblies, as well as a 1 page .pdf bill of materials listing everything you'll need for the build. There is also an optional upgrade to include the .dxf CNC files of all sheet metal components that can be cut on a plasma table or laser.
